Dr. James E. Hyde
graduated from Texas Tech and received his dental
degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1970. He received his Pediatric Dental
Specialty degree in 1972 from a two year residency at Children's Medical Center in Dallas,
Texas.
He has been an associate professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Baylor teaching interceptive
orthodontics and corrective early growth problems to graduate students from 1972-73. In
1973 he began his private practice.
Among his offices are past President of the Texas Society of Dentistry for Children, past
President of the Southwestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and past
Vice Chairman of Pantego
Christian Academy School Board.
Dr. Hyde is an active member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and
Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentistry. He is active in his church, married and has two children.

Dr. Philip M. Bailey
graduated from Baylor University in Waco in 1965 majoring in Chemistry and English. He
finished Baylor College of Dentistry in 1970, and completed his residency in Pediatric
Dentistry in 1972. For the next three years, he served as consultant in Pediatric
Dentistry for the United States Air Force in Europe. While in the military, he made
numerous presentations to professional meetings throughout Europe.
He moved to Arlington in 1975 to join Dr. Hyde in private practice. Dr. Bailey is former
President of Texas Society of Dentistry for Children and is active in Texas Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry where he formerly served on the Board of Directors. He also maintains
membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, and
the Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Bailey also served on the Oral Health
Services Advisory Committee to the Texas Department of Health in Austin.
Dr. Bailey and his wife, Quito, have three sons and seven grandchildren.
His hobbies include traveling, golfing, skiing, hunting and cooking chili.

Dr. Charles W. Miller is a 1973 graduate of Arlington
High School and a 1977 graduate of the
University of
Texas
at Arlington.
He received his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1980 and his
specialty certificate and MS in Pediatric Dentistry from the
University
of Illinois at Chicago in 1982.
At the
University of Illinois he served as an instructor in the pediatric
dental clinic and has guest lectured to the Graduate students at Children's Medical Center. In 1982, he returned home to Arlington and joined Dr.
Hyde and Dr. Bailey in private practice.
Dr.
Miller is the past Chairman of the Board of Medical Center of Arlington, was
Vice President for AISD SERVA/Adopt A School Board, past President of Dental
Health for Arlington,
and was President of the Arlington West Rotary Club from 1989-90. Dr. Miller
is a past President of the Ft. Worth District Dental Society and has served
as a Delegate of the Texas Dental Association. Dr. Miller is a current
member of ADA, Texas
Dental Association, American
Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Southwest Society of
Pediatric Dentistry. He was named An Outstanding Young Man of America in
1986. His family is active at his church (Broadway Baptist).
Dr.
Miller has been married for over 30 years to Dru Ann and he has two sons,
James Ryland and Andrew. He enjoys golf, photography, playing with his
dachshunds and spending time with family and friends at his log cabin on Cedar Creek
Lake.

Dr.
Jody D. Cremer attended the University of Texas at Arlington for his
undergraduate studies. He received his dental degree from Baylor
College of Dentistry in June of 1996 and completed his pediatric dental
residency at the Children's Hospital at the Medical University of South
Carolina in June of 2000. During his training, he served as a clinical
instructor in the pediatric dental clinic and chief resident in his final
year. While attending the Medical University he participated in many
aspects of pediatric care including hospital dentistry, orthodontics in the
growing patient, cleft lip and palate team, research presentations at the
University, and various academic meetings, etc. Dr.
Cremer has been in private practice in Hurst, TX since July of 2000.
He is currently on staff at Texas Pediatric Surgery Center, Cook Children's
Outpatient Surgery Center and a member of the Southwest Pediatric Dental
Society. Dr.
Cremer is married with two school age children.
Dr.
Ed Watts graduated from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, TX in
1991 and received his dental degree from The University of Texas Health
Science Center at San Antonio, TX. in 1995.
He has been in practice for 11 years, 10 of which have been with Drs.
Hyde, Bailey & Miller.
Dr. Watts is a member of The Board of Directors of Dental Health of
Arlington, and he participates in Save a Smile, which helps provide
dental care to children unable to get care elsewhere.
His hobbies include running, soccer and music. Back

Dr. Ashley Ramsey
graduated from the dental program at the University of Tennessee in
Memphis in May 2007. She has gone on to receive her pediatric certification
also from the University of Tennessee in Memphis in June 2009. During her
pediatric residency she became the chief resident of UT Memphis in which she
developed resident schedules, organized speakers and activities, attended
health fairs and acted as a liaison between faculty and residents.
Dr.
Ramsey is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. She has obtained many
awards and honors such as member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, member of Richard
Doggett Dean and Marguerite Taylor Dean Honorary Odontological Society, UT
COD Dean's List, recipient of Andy Holt Alumni Scholarship, and member of
Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Ramsey took her American Board of
Pediatric Dentistry examination in May 2009 and is awaiting her results. Dr.
Ramsey is joining the Drs. Hyde, Bailey and Miller team in August 2009. She
and her husband, Jose, are excited about relocating to the great state of
Texas.
Dr. Hina Khan received her Doctor of
Dental Surgery degree from the Baylor College of Dentistry in 2001. After
practicing general dentistry in the DFW area for six years, she pursued her
true passion: treating children’s dental needs. In June 2009, Dr. Khan
completed a two year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Louisiana State
University School of Dentistry in affiliation with Children’s Hospital of
New Orleans.
During her
residency, Dr. Khan received extensive training in every aspect of pediatric
dentistry including treating medically compromised patients, managing dental
trauma, oral sedation, dental treatment under general anesthesia, as well as
dental growth and development problems in children. She was chief resident
during her second year. Dr. Khan is passionate about educating families in
preventing dental disease and helping her patients achieve a beautiful and
healthy smile.
Dr. Khan is
board eligible for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is an
active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American
Dental Association, Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Southwest
Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
When she is
not busy helping create and keep beautiful pediatric smiles, Dr. Khan loves
to run, read and travel to new and exciting places with her husband and son!
Dr.
J.R. Franco graduated from the University of Tennessee College
of Dentistry in May 2007. As a general dentist, he worked for a year in
a dental practice in Helena, Arkansas where he treated mostly children
in the Helena-West Helena area. Then, he returned to the University of
Tennessee for a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry and received
his certification in June 2010.
Dr. J.R. Franco has been on two medical mission trips to El Salvador
with the Christian Medical & Dental Association. He loves movies,
music, books, and video games. He and his wife have a son and a very
playful Pomeranian.
